Setup at least 3 unique contacts in your Emergency Dispatch Setup in the Web Control Centre at 

, and don’t include your home phone telephone# as it’s already included by default

Inform all emergency contacts that they need to know: 
 

1)  The Secret Word

 

2)  The 7-day No-Dispatch introductory period, and that dispatches 

will automatically start 7 days from your installation date

 

3)  How to use the system, like Arm/Disarm, and their 

personalized 4-digit code

Know your municipality’s regulations, i.e. Amount of False Alarms permitted per year, 
Permit Registration (IF required). For more information, visit 

Register your alarm system with your municipality (IF required)

Inform your home insurance company about your new alarm, and specify if you have 
24x7 Central Monitoring, Smoke/Fire sensors, Carbon Monoxide sensors and 
Water Leak sensors, as additional insurance discounts may apply. If your insurance 
company requires a printed certificate, you can print it from the Web Control 
Centre at: 

 

Answer all incoming calls from the Rogers Central Monitoring Station

Note –

  Emergency services won’t be dispatched to your home during the first seven (7) days immediately after your 

system is installed, unless requested. If you don’t wish to have this grace period, please call
