To attach the Core Trainer to a Pendulum Rack, slide the buttons into the notches at the desired height.
Allow the Core Trainer to drop in far enough for the safety pin to slide into the corresponding hole. You can
adjust the Core Trainer to different heights.
To remove the Core Trainer from a Pendulum Rack: 1. pull out on the pin knob, 2. lift the unit up and out for
easy storage.
