Responsibility of the owner and/or the user of the equipment
This manual belonged to the scope of supply of the jacking equipment and must accompany this always - also with the sale -. The owner and/or user
of the jacking equipment must with the operating instructions trust to be, before the jacking equipment is taken in enterprise. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damages to property and person, who are to due to an inadmissible or inappropriate use of the jacking equipment.

Package
The jacking equipment are supplied to a cardboard box/a wooden box. The packing material must be disposed of after the appropriate national
regulation

Safety references to the use of the jacking equipment.
4.1
Important safety information and safety references.
The legal rules for the prevention of accidents as well as the other generally recognized rules in terms of safety and according to industrial medicine
and the rules for the prevention of accidents for powered media are to be kept. Each use going beyond it is not considered as intended. For from this
resulting damage the manufacturer is not responsible. The manual is a component of the scope of supply and is with resale of the jacking equipment
the new owner to be handed over. For the guarantee of a safe enterprise is to be guaranteed, the jacking equipment only by adeptly trained personnel
to be served, waited or repaired
Qualified personnel are persons, who due to its training, experience and instruction as well as knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, rules for
the prevention of accidents were entitled, which can implement necessary in each case activities and recognize and avoid possible dangers.
The operator has to provide for it that with the enterprise, which read and understood servicing and maintenance as well as the repair assigned
persons the manual and they consider in all points, over
- To turn dangers away for life and limb the user and third
- to guarantee the working reliability of the jacking equipment and
- to exclude loss of use and environmental pollutions by wrong handling.
The competencies with the work must be specified and kept clearly, so that under the aspect of security no unclear authority arises.
The mechanical maintenance work is to be accomplished in the prescribed intervals and to the prescribed extent. After maintenance work all
dismantled safety divices must be reassembled again professionally. The protection device and their protective effect must be examined before start-
up of the equipment by experts.
Disassembly, Shutdown and/or bypass of separating protection device (covers, protections etc.) and/or safety protection device (dead man circuit,
overload valve etc.) can cause and become heavy health or material damage therefore strictly forbidden by the manufacturer!!
For the jacking equipment the manufacturer carries out in accordance with warranty the terms of delivery and sales. The warranty claim expires, if
- Damage by inappropriate operation develops,
- Repairs or interferences of for this not authorized persons to be made,
- Accessories and spare parts to be used, with which the jacking equipment are not co-ordinated.
Breakdowns must be announced immediately after recognizing. The jacking equipment must be marked accordingly. Defective ones are to be
repaired immediately, in order to keep the extent of the damage small and not to impair the security of the equipment. During disregard the warranty
claim expires
Changes in the sense of technical improvements are reserved the manufacturer.
