2. GENERAL WARNING
This symbol guides your attention to points that concern your safety. Please read carefully and follow the instructions listed in this section.
• Never use the gun close to and within potentially explosive atmospheres (94/9/CE ATEX regulation)
• Before using the spray gun, read the operating instruction thoroughly and follow them.
• Before carrying out any type of maintenance or repair operation, always disconnect the spray gun from the air supply.

• When selecting and before using the product to be sprayed with the gun, verify that it is in fact compatible with the work environment and the individual
safety devices employed, according to the product safety sheet.
• Never point the spray gun at yourself, other people or animals, or in any case at anything else other than the object to be treated.
• While operating the spray gun, wear the appropriate safety garments and devices (gloves, goggles, masks, overalls, etc.) according to the instructions listed in
the product safety sheet. The use of goggles is always recommended.
• Hang the gun in the special hook when it is not being used, so as to guarantee its vertical position. Never tilt the spray gun at an angle greater than 45°, either
while operating it or while resting, in order to avoid inconvenient fouling of the spray gun ducts.
3. PACKAGING AND STORAGE
The spray gun is supplied in single 40X23X11 cm cardboard boxes. Gross weight 1.8kgs, net weight 1.6kgs.
It must be stored in non-humid environments, at the temperature between -15° and +40°C.
4. STARTING THE SPRAY GUN
4.1 Air spray installation:
The spray gun must be connected to a compressed air installation
having the following characteristic:
4.1.1 Approximate air consumption of the spray gun: 200-300 per
minute.
4.1.2 Working pressure: 3-4 BAR .
4.1.3 Maximum working pressure: 10 BAR.
4.1.4 Recommended length of the tube: 10Mts.
4.1.5 Minimum internal cross-section of the tube: 6mm.

4.2 Supply by cartridge:
4.2.1 Unscrew the tank counterclockwise.
4.2.2 Insert the cartridge.
4.2.3 Screw on the cartridge clockwise.
4.2.4 Reposition the tank.
4.2.5 Screw on the tank clockwise.
4.2.6 The spray gun may be supplied by a cartridge, as above, or by pouring the loose product directly into the tank, making sure not to exceed the maximum
level of 1 lt.
4.3 Installing the KIT

(optional):
4.3.1 Unscrew the cap ( n.6 ) counterclockwise from the cap holder (n.7) and remove it.
4.3.2 Select the extension most appropriate for the type of job to be carried out (n. 15/16/17) and install it on the cap holder.
4.3.3 Screw the extension to the cap clockwise and tighten
Every times needs the opening of the tank, is obbligatory to release the air contents, draw the ring of the dump valve(18) situated on the lid of the tank.
Advice
:
Loosen the cap holding ring n.1 and instead of rotating the extension, turn the cap holder clockwise, so that the extension screws onto the cap.
Afterwards, tighten the cap holder ring back to its original position
