System test
Select the car electrical system test:
SYSTEM TEST - ENTER
• Turn off all consumers and start the engine
• The tester will indicate the starting voltage
• Start charging test
• Turn off all receivers
• Perform the test without load
• Switch on all receivers and perform a load test
• Test complete
• Print a report
Possible test results:
• CRANKING VOLTS NORMAL - correct starting voltage
• CRANKING VOLTS LOW - Inrush voltage too low
• CRANKING VOLTS NOT DETECTED - Inrush voltage has not been detected
• ALT.IDLE VOLT NORMAL - good no-load voltage
• ALT.IDLE VOLT LOW - charging voltage without load too low
• ALT.IDLE VOLT HIGH - charging voltages without load for dredges
• ALT LOAD VOLT NORMAL - correct charging voltage
• ALT LOAD VOLT LOW - charging voltage too low
• ALT LOAD VOLT HIGH - too high charging voltage
