Turning on the Dust Right 1250 CFM Wall Mount Dust Collector

is a two-step process that can be accomplished at the machine or

with the Remote Control.

The radio-frequency Remote Control operates on one 9-Volt

battery (not included) and has an effective range of up to

about 25 feet.

1.  Lift the paddle of the Main Power Switch.

2.  Press the Start/Stop Button on the control module OR

the ON button on the Remote Control. (Make sure the

    9-Volt Battery is installed.)

Clearing and Resetting the Remote

If the Remote Control (9) fails to function, try installing a new

battery. If it still will not work, you must clear and reset the

remote.

1.  Press the Remote Reset button on the unit’s power panel

for three seconds, until the receiver “beeps” three times.

2.  Press the Remote Reset button on the unit’s power panel

for one second, until the receiver “beeps” once.

3.  Press the ON button on the handheld Remote Control (9)

until the light on the receiver “beeps” twice.

4.  Press the Remote Reset button on the unit’s power panel

for three seconds, until the receiver “beeps” three times.

The Remote Control is now reset.

Overload Reset

The Dust Right 1250 CFM Wall Mount Dust Collector

incorporates overload protection to help prevent damage to the

motor. If the motor is drawing excessive current during periods of

extended operation and begins to overheat, a relay in the control

panel will break the circuit and shut off the dust collector.

If the overload protection is tripped:

1.  Flip the Main Power Switch to the OFF position and

    unplug the machine.

2.  Allow the motor to cool.

3.  Press the Circuit Breaker Reset button.

4.  Plug in the cord and turn on the unit.

Maintenance

1.  Periodically inspect dust and filter bags for any cuts, rips

    or tears. Do

NOT operate the dust collector with a damaged

    bag or hose.

2.  Empty bag regularly. Do NOT fill the bag more than half-full.

3.  All bearings are shielded and permanently lubricated. No

other lubrication of this machine is necessary.

4.  When the machine is not being used, unplug the power

cord from the outlet and store the cord away from any

potential sources of damage, including high-traffic areas,

sharp objects, sources of heat, harsh chemicals and moisture.
