PULLEY AND GEARS
Slide the gear housing tab into the hole of the tub bracket (a).
Center the canister and lower the gear onto the dasher and lid.
You may need to spin the pulley a few turns to align and fully
seat the gears (b). Lock the housing by rotating the latch (c).
Place the canister base onto the centering guide in the bottom of
the tub.

Misalignment while churning can cause damage!
We recommend practicing the steps on this page
with an empty canister before your event. On event
day you will do these steps with the canister full.

BELT
Place the churn into the wood deck with the pulleys in line.
Place the belt around the wheel pulley. Then place the belt onto
the churn pulley, and turn the pulley, guiding the belt into its
groove (b).
