10 Troubleshooting
The CoaguChek XS Pro meter continually checks its sys-
tems for unexpected and unwanted conditions. These
may arise for technical reasons (defective components or
consumables, environmental factors) or due to handling
and procedure errors.
Depending on the circumstances, a message may appear
on the display of the meter. These messages are marked
with an icon, either
for a status message, or
for
an error message. All messages displayed by the system
are accompanied by a description of the error and a pos-
sible solution.
Take the action suggested on screen to resolve the prob-
lem. If the error disappears, you may continue using the
meter as desired. If the problem persists, contact Roche
