9.4. CHANGE THE SIDE

CHAIN
Proceed as indicated.
1.
Deactivate the main electrical knife to
stop the machine under safe conditions.
2.
Open hatch

3.
Remove transmission cover
(B)
.
4.
Remove the split link
(C)
and remove the
chain
(D)
.
5.
Install a new chain, closing it with the
link.

Refit guard
(C)
.
7.
Close the
(A)
door.
8.
Restart the machine and check that it
functions correctly.

Caution - Warning
Before re-starting the machine, check that no tools or other equipment has been left near the moving parts.
