Oven functions

Convection mode
– top and bottom elements, no fan.
2.
Grill
– grill element , no fan.
3.
Fan assisted grill - grill element with fan.
4.
Fan forced bake - bottom and rear elements with fan.
5.
Fan forced
– rear element with fan.
6.
Fan assisted convection mode
– top and bottom elements with fan.
7.
Fan assisted bake
– bottom element with fan.
8.
Fan forced convection mode - top, bottom and rear elements with fan.
9.
Defrost
– use of the fan with no heat.
10. Convection grill - grill and top elements , no fan.
Tips
•
For best results pre-heat the oven.
•
Where possible use high edged cookware for roasting to help contain food splatter.
•
Cooking times will vary according to the type and amount of food being cooked.
•
The oven can be switched off a few minutes beforehand as the residual heat will complete the cooking.
•
Avoid opening the oven door excessively during the cooking process to reduce heat loss.
•
Fan assisted and fan forced modes require less cooking time.
•
The defrost mode is similar to room temperature thawing with the fan helping to reduce defrosting time.
