Install GPS Antenna
GPS antenna may be installed inside the car such as on the dashboard or coat rack; it may be also installed outside
the bar such as the top of car or on the trunk lid.
GPS antenna must have an open “visual field” towards the sky. If the glass of the car window is equipped with
explosion-proof film or heat insulation film, it might greatly reduce the receiving strength; in that case it’s advised
to install the GPS antenna outside the car.

Precautions

Only the professional installing technicians are allowed to install and maintain this product.

Installation or maintenance by the laypeople might cause electric shock or other risks and even damage the
unit.
z
In the process of connecting connector, pay attention to the hook position, don’t pull wires forcibly to avoid
invalid connection;
z
Please use the attached wire of the system, otherwise the accident of fire or smoke or damage to the unit or
vehicle might be caused;
z
Don’t cut off any extra wire which is kept for future use. Protect the ends of wire with insulating tape;
z
In order to avoid short circuit, please disconnect the anode of the power accumulator before any connection
and installation;
z
Ensure all lines are placed and protected in good condition, don’t let them interfere in any moveable parts of
the car such as steering wheel, gearlever, brake pedal, sliding chair, door or other parts;
z
The voice is input through AUX, so please ensure audio cable connectes well with the AUX port of the
original car audio system
z
