Adjustments & Maintenance
Backrest & Seat Tension Adjustment
Your seat and back upholstery can be adjusted
for your comfort. The seat adjustment straps are
accessed under the seat. The back straps can be
accessed by lifting the back-upholstery flap from
the top.
Slackening the straps will allow more ‘sag’ and
tightening will provide a firmer support surface.
This section outlines the basic adjustments and maintenance you can perform on your Rugby
Wheelchair. If you are having trouble with any of the below adjustments please seek assistance from
RMA Sport or from a competent individual.
Note:
Custom additions and special requirements may not be explained in this user manual. If you
are unsure of how to operate this chair please consult RMA Sport.
Caution:
Please ensure that all upholstery is
fastened correctly. Failure to do so
can cause injury during play.
Anti-Tipper Adjustment
The rear castors can be adjusted in height to suit
personal preferences and court conditions.
Using a 6mm allen key simply slacken the 3
socket head screws as shown below, adjust to the
required height and re-tighten.
Caution:
Take care not to over tighten.
