NOTE:
When calibrating an M2 after changing the gas type, the M2 will not ask if you
want to calibrate, or whether you want to perform a fresh air adjustment, span
adjustment or zero adjustment. Since a complete calibration is required, the
calibration sequence will proceed without asking if you want to perform
certain operations.
