5.4.5 Setting up the synchronisation bus
The synchronisation bus is used for synchronous
movement of the drives which are connected to the
various control units (MultiControl II duo and
quadro).
Up to 8 control units can be connected to each
other via the DATA interfaces using a BUS cable.
In the process, different control units can be mixed
with each other.
If there are more than two connected control units,
the BUS cable must be equipped with a termi-
nating resistor (120 Ohms) at both the start and
end.
Only control units with the same software and
hardware versions can be connected to each other

The mains cable is disconnected from the voltage supply.
