2. Insert the six R1 poles (window tube supports) into the
window sewn sleeves found on the one back and two side
wall panels. You will use two tubes per panel. SEE INSIDE
BACK PANEL AND INSIDE SIDE PANEL FIGURES.
3. Insert the P1 and Q1 poles (male and female door tubes) into
the door sewn sleeves found on the left and right front wall
panels. You must insert a male from one end of the sleeve
and a female from the other end and carefully meet the
tubes in the middle and slide together. This must be done
by feel as you will not be able to see the tubes as they will
be inside the sewn sleeve. SEE INSIDE RIGHT FRONT AND
INSIDE LEFT FRONT FIGURES.
4. Hang the back wall panel (29) on the back side of assembled
steel frame (opposite the door opening) by securing five
Velcro loops located across the top of the back wall panel
to the assembled A1 and B1 poles. Secure the two window
Velcro loops to the assembled D1 and E1 poles as well. SEE
INSIDE BACK PANEL FIGURE AND FIGURE 14.
5. Hang the two side wall panels (25) on the two sides of
assembled steel frame by securing five Velcro loops located
across the top of the side wall panels to the assembled
H1 and
I
1 poles. Secure the two window Velcro loops to
the assembled D1 and E1 poles as well. SEE INSIDE SIDE
PANEL FIGURE.
6. Hang the right and left front wall panels (30 and 31) on the
front side of assembled steel frame by securing two Velcro
loops located across the top of each front panel to the
assembled A1 and B1 poles. You will also need to secure
the plastic C-clips found on each end of the previously
assembled P1 and Q1 poles to the top and bottom of
assembled steel frame. SEE FIGURE 15.
7. Pull all panels tight by wrapping D-ring straps around
assembled C1 or G1 poles. Feed the long strap through both
D-rings and back through to tighten. SEE FIGURE 16 A-D.
8. Secure all panels together in the corners by matching up the
Velcro strips. Start at the top of the Velcro strips and working
your way to the bottom. Adjust and redo as necessary to
accomplish a snug fit and take out as much slack in the fabric
panels as possible. SEE FIGURE 17 A.
9. Drape the roof panel (24) over the assembled roof frame.
Match up the Velcro strips on front and back of roof panel to
the front and back wall panels. Adjust and redo as necessary
to take out as much slack in the fabric as possible.
