Remove the USB flash drive for authentication,
if it is inserted.
When registration is complete, provide the fol-
lowing items to the user.

When [Recognized by] is set to [PIN

• Authentication registration number
• PIN code

When [Recognized by] is set to
[USB Flash Drive] or [IC Card]
• Authentication registration number
• USB flash drive for authentication or IC card

Changing the user name

Touch [Rename].

Enter the user name.

The [Register] screen is displayed.

Setting the group

Touch [Group].

Touch the group that you want to
set.

The [Register] screen is displayed.

Setting the upper limit number of copies
that can be used

Touch [Limit].

Enter the upper limit number of
copies for printing and master
making.
Touch the entry field of [Limit T/C] or [Limit M/
C], and then enter the upper limit number of
copies using the numeric keys.
When the upper limit number of copies is set to
0, no limit is applied.

Touch [OK].
The [Register] screen is displayed.

Touch [Disable].
[Disable] turns on.

The authentication registration num-
ber is required for using [ID print].

If no group is to be set, touch [OFF].

In [Present T/C] and [Present M/C],
the number of copies that the user
has printed or the number of mas-
ters that the user has created up to
the present are displayed, respec-
tively.

To clear the counter for [Present T/
C] and [Present M/C], touch [
T
].

To cancel the temporarily disabled
state, touch [Disable] again.
B
Administrator usage of this machine
cannot be temporarily disabled.
