Check that your phone is connected to your home network.

The signal strength may not be strong enough.

NOTE

If configuration continues to fail, check Wi-Fi Router, make sure you only have 2.4G frequency

range and bandwidth setting 802.11b/g mode.

If configuration continues to fail contact Rinnai.
