if you have a Netflix account or

if you don’t have a Netflix account.

If you have a Netflix gift card, go to
http://www.netflix.com/giftcode
and enter the code
for your gift subscription. You will be prompted to login or setup an account.

If you don’t have a Netflix account or Netflix gift code, please visit
http://www.netflix.com
to create an account.

Then follow the instructions to setup your Netflix account.
