After-sales service policy 

 

All Rimelite products are entitled to the following warranty and free after-sales service. 

 

All Rimelite products are equipped with flash tubes, capacitors and parts (excluding consumables) that have semi-permanent life cycle without the need for replacement. 

Apart from certain consumables, all parts are guaranteed a warranty period of 5 years.   

 

Paid repair and replacement is possible for the following that renders product exchange and warranty period void: 

1.

 

Where 

product has been damaged through consumer’s misuse and negligence

 

2.

 

Where product has not been stored in accordance with instructions and product has been disassembled voluntarily   

3.

 

Where the limited warranty period has expired 

4.

 

Where unauthorized repair and modification by non-designated service centers has been carried out on the product. 

5.

 

Where product has been damaged through accidents or natural calamities (fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, pollution)   

6.

 

Consumable supplies of modeling lamp and flash tube are not covered by warranty. 

7.

 

All delivery expenses are borne by the consumer

Product exchange                Product exchange is possible within 10 days of purchase if the product is faulty, defective, in need of substantial repair or damaged not arising out of consumer 

misuse and handling.       

 

Substantial repair is a repair where simple part replacements does not render normal operability of the product.
