Replace the Bin Present Sensor or the Bin Full Sensor on a Rimage 5300N

Replace the bin present sensor
1. Remove
the
Torx T10 screw
(Qty. 1) securing the
bin present sensor to the bracket.
2. Remove
the
bin present sensor
.
3. Position the replacement
bin present sensor
on the
bracket.
4. From the top of the sensor, insert the
Torx T10
screw
(Qty. 1) to secure the sensor to the bracket.
Bin Present Sensor
Replace the bin full sensor
1. Remove
the
Torx T8 screw
(Qty. 1) securing the bin full
sensor to the bracket.
2. Remove
the
bin full sensor
.
3. Position the replacement
bin full sensor
on the bracket.
Notes:
Bin Full Sensor
•
The sensor is on the opposite side of the bracket as
the bin present sensor.
•
The sensor is positioned so that the screw is
inserted into the hole with the raised edge.
4. Insert
the
Torx T8 screw
(Qty. 1) to secure the sensor to the
bracket.

Reassemble the 5300N
1. Connect
the
cables
(Qty. 2) to the sensors.
2. Position
the
sensor bracket
over the studs on the frame.
3. Secure the sensor bracket with the
nuts
(Qty. 2).
4. Connect
the
power cord
.
