1. Battery not installed in Charger 

    correctly

2. Charger is not plugged in

1. Remove Battery and reinstall in the Charger  

    until a “click” is heard

2. Plug in Charger

Battery pack has low 

capacity

1. Battery is not fully charged

2. Battery is at the end of duty cycle

1. Do not remove Battery from the Charger until 

    the Green LED is illuminated

2. Battery has exceeded 100 charging cycles

Trigger Switch will not 

depress

1. FWD/REV Switch may be in the  

    middle locking position

1. Slide the FWD/REV Switch to the left or right  

    to unlock the Trigger Switch

Cordless Drill does 

not start when Trigger 

Switch is depressed

1. Battery is completely discharged

2. Defective Battery

3. Cordless Drill is defective

1. Charge Battery or replace with a fully charged  

    Battery
