1
During a breakdown or
unplanned stoppage, find
a safe place behind the
barrier as far from passing
traffic as reasonably
practicable. Preferably at
the top of a verge.
3
Once Tethered,
unfold and roll out
your Rigloo. Insert
the peg into the
ground at the corner
where the air valve
you will be inflating is
situated. Make sure
the opposite corner
air valve is tightly
closed in position 1
Trample down an
area of 1.2m x 1.2m
x 1.8m and try to
avoid sharp stones,
branches and
barbed wire that
could potentially
puncture the
Airframe and attach
Tether to anything
with a solid anchor
if possible.

Select the correct
nozzle and
attached the
pump with a click
to the valve in
position 2. Whilst
the pump is
inflating, start to
press or stand in
the remaining
pegs into the
ground.
6
As your Rigloo
inflates, flick it about
and help it inflate into
shape as folded
sections of Airframe
will restrict airflow.
Once it is inflated
(0.6psi with pump,
max permitted 7psi
with handpump)
enter Rigloo and wait
for rescue.
