Step 1:
Attach the 5-hole plate

to the worksurface

using (4) wood screws

. See page 4 for location.
Pilot holes are provided on both front corners of the
worksurface. Do not over-tighten the screws. Use a low
torque setting on the power driver.
Step 2:
Place the 3/8" thick plastic washer

on the
stud on the 5-hole plate against the wood screws.
Step 3:
Place the mouse tray

against the plastic
washer

.
Step 4:
Place the nylon washer

, then the fender
washer

on the stud against the bottom of the mouse
tray

.
Step 5:
Thread the acorn nut

onto the stud. Tighten
it so the tray will rotate but not spin freely.
Step 6:
Place the mouse fence

onto
the back of the mouse tray
