Step 1:
Insert (2) machine screws

through the holes
at the top of the CPU holder base

. Thread them into
the lower set of inserts pre-installed in the vertical
surface and fully tighten.
Step 2:
Place your CPU on the base

with the straps
hanging down. The CPU will rest on the strap where it
comes up through the slot in the base.
Step 3:
Wrap the forward end of the strap

around
the CPU and attach it to the vertical surface with the
steel strap loop

. Use (2) machine screws

through the loop and into the set of inserts closest to the
top of the CPU.
Step 4:
Buckle and tighten the strap

by pulling on
the free end as tight to the CPU as possible.
