The Expedition-carrier is designed for loads up to 15 kg. When the Birdy is folded, the carrier folds
automatically.
This manual consists of two parts (assembly instruction and manual).
Hand the manual over to the customer.
Scope of delivery

Carrier incl. expander and reflector
1x
Bolt (M 6 x 70 mm DIN 912 A2)
2x
Plastic spacer (D = 15 mm, t = 1,5mm)
1x
Bolt (M 6 x 65 mm DIN 912 A2)
1x
Lock nut (M 6 DIN 985 A2)
2x
Washer small (d = 6,4 mm DIN 125 A2)
Mounting the carrier
1.
Mount upper carrier pivot with bolt M6x70 and plastic spacer at the Birdy frame. Tighten bolt
until there is little play.
2.
Mount lower carrier pivot with bolt M6x65 , washer und lock nut M6 . Tighten bolt until there
is little play.
3.
Loosen grub screw of seat post clamp and rotate clamp 90°. Fix clamp again by grub screw.
