Securing the burner to the boiler
Prepare a suitable lifting system using rings 3)(Fig. 12).
Fit the heat insulation supplied onto the blast tube 4)
(Fig. 12).
Fit the entire burner onto the boiler hole prepared previously,
as in Fig. 11, and fasten with the screws supplied.

Access to head internal part
In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 13) proceed as
follows:
disconnect the electrical wiring related to oil pump/
servomotor, air servomotor and gas pressure switch;
disconnect the leverages related to air damper and head
movement;
undo the 4 fixing screws 1);
disconnect the electrode cable 2);
disconnect the light oil pipes unscrewing the two pipe fittings
3).
Release the ignition pilot retainer;
remove the gas pressure screw/test point 6) of the head;
disconnect the lower part of the elbow until it is released
from its housing;
remove the internal part of the head 5).

Electrode position
ATTENTION
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.
