Spark Plug
Spark plug type: CPR8EA9
Remove the spark plug and check:
Disassemble the spark plug, if you find there is
a gray deposit on spark plug, it means the engine
is overheated. The condition may be caused by
one or more of the following:
* Incorrect spark plug . Please change to the
suitable spark plug.
*Due to the friction of the components, the engine
is overheated.

Check the gap of spark plug electrode with a
feeler gauge, and the adjustment will be 0.6mm
～

The insulator of normal spark plug should be brown.
Remove the spark plug, if the insulator of spark
plug is brown, it means the engine works well and
the spark plug is no problem.
CAUTION
Be careful not to damage the insulator when clean
the spark plug. Do not use the fire and metal brush
to remove the carbon deposits and debris.

Soak the spark plug in detergent or in petrol for
30 minutes and then remove the carbon deposit with
nonmetal brush; finally wash it with petrol.

Put gasket on the spark plug and insert into its position
by hand and tighten it by a socket wrench.

Retire la buj í a y revise:
Un dep ó sito gris en la buj í a indica que el
capuchón de la bujía se ha recalentado. Las causas
pueden ser:
* Bugia incorrecta, verifique la bujía montada
.
*Piezas motrices del motor tiene fricciones, que
puede causar que el motor se sobrecaliente

Revise la separaci ó n del electrodo con un a
galga y ajustar la distancia entre 0,6 y 0,7 mm

PRECAUCION
Tenga cuidado de no da ñ ar el aislante cuando se
limpia la buj
í
a. No utilice el fuego y el cepillo de
metal para quitar los dep ó sitos de carb ó n y residuos
.

sumerja a buj í a gasolina durante 30 minutos y
luego retire el dep ó sito de carbono con un cepillo
no met á lico y, por ú ltimo, l á velo con gasolina.

Coloque la junta en la buj í a e ins é rtela en su
posici ó n con la mano y apri é tela con una llave de
tubo.
