The letters TRP will flash on the display followed by the indicated trip distance. To indicate the Battery Voltage,
press the TRIP button twice. The letters BAT will flash on the display followed by the battery Voltage. (The
motorcycle odometer reading is shown when the motorcycle’s key switch is ON and the RUN/STOP switch is first
pressed from STOP to RUN.) The total mileage on the motorcycle will scroll across the display.

Colored)
TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS: Right & Left Flashing.
(Green)
SPEEDOMETER: Vehicle Speed in MPH. (Red)
HIGH/LOW BEAM INDICATOR: Headlight Beam. (Blue)
LOW OIL PRESSURE: Oil Pressure Danger. (Red)
TRIP BUTTON: Press once for Trip. Press two times for
Battery Voltage. (Scrolls across Speedometer display
area.)
PETCOCK (fuel control)
The petcock is located on the left side of the gas tank. There are three positions on this valve: OFF – ON –
RESERVE. Each position is clearly marked. Normal operation is in the “ON” position. The “RESERVE” position will
provide enough additional fuel to run the engine for at least 40 miles.

: ALWAYS TURN THE VALVE TO THE “OFF” POSITION WHEN YOU ARE NOT RIDING
THE MOTORCYCLE. ALWAYS TRAILER THIS MOTORCYCLE WITH THE PETCOCK IN THE “OFF”
POSITION.

THROTTLE (engine speed control)
The throttle control is a twist grip located on the right side grip. To increase the engine speed, squeeze the grip and
roll your wrist down. To reduce engine speed roll your wrist up. The throttle control will spring to the closed or idle
position if no pressure is applied.
