ADJUSTMENTS
If the distances are different:
Loosen the four screws on the rip fence.
Adjust the rip fence.
Alternately retighten the screws. Recheck alignment.
Repeat steps as needed until rip fence is correctly aligned.
Replace blade guard, riving knife, and anti-kickback
pawls.
Make two or three test cuts on scrap wood. If the cuts
are not true, repeat the process.

The rip fence should sit at 90º to the top of the saw table.
If an adjustment is needed:
Set a framing square on the saw table next to the rip fence.
Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen or tighten one of the
angle adjustment screws.
Adjust the screws until the angle measures 90º on each
side of the rip fence.
