OPERATION

Turn the ignition key to the ON position and the display will light up. The throttle is

operated by turning the right handle on the handlebars anticlockwise. Please apply the

power gradually and do not try to get maximum speed immediately. It is recommended

that when taking off you help the motor by pedalling and also assist it on steep hills.

Applying either of the brakes automatically cuts the power to the motor. The

E

 Shopper

also has a Pedal Assist System so if you start the bike by pedalling, the motor will kick

in to help you.

The indicator switch, lights and horn are on the left handle of the

bike.

When you stop, shut the power "OFF" and pull out the key

while parking. Also, the power switch should be turned

"OFF" when pushing the bike so that you don't start up the motor by

accident. Never allow the rear wheel to become fully submerged in water as

this will result in a short circuit of the motor.

Use a chain lock to secure your

E

 Shopper

 when necessary.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Your

E

 Shopper

needs very little routine maintenance- just occasional

lubrication of the chain and axles.

Cleaning should by means of a damp sponge followed by drying with a cloth.

Please do not use a water spray or power washer.
