Undetected JAM 099
SYMPTOM
Double feed, JAM 99, is not detected.
* This RTB is for undetected JAM 99, after the logging SC510-01 /SC510-02
(Paper thickness detection sensor error).
CAUSE
When SC510-01 or 510-02 occurs, which is logging SC, due to the loss connection of
sensor and harness, or bracket misalignment, the double feed detection turns off.
ACTION
<Permanent Solution>
Firmware will be fixed (ETA : Not fixed yet)
<Temporary Solution>
1. Check the connection of the harness and double feed sensor
2. Check for the misalignment of the bracket.
<Procedure>
1. Check Software Error History, SP7-404-001 to SP7-404-010, if the SC510-01/SC510-
02 is recorded
2. Remove the cover, two TCRU screws.
