Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. 

This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper 
storage or handling, improper operation or unauthorized modifications. This warranty 
does not extend to non-durable components which are subject to normal wear and 
tear and need periodic 
replacement. 

For Warranty Service, it is recommended, but not required that the product be 
returned to the Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealer through whom it was originally 
purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealers are qualified to assist you 
in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Rhythm Healthcare, 
LLC, prior authorization is to be required. In the event of a defect covered by this 
Warranty, Rhythm Healthcare, LLC will determined if the product will be repaired or 
replaced. Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are identified by a serial or a lot number 
label at the time of the manufacture. Removing or defacing the label may void this

MAINTENANCE

>  Clean after each use with disinfectant. 
>  Do NOT use organic solvents, such as acetone or abrasive cleaners. 
>  Inspect weekly for wear and to ensure all components are secure. If any 
component appears worn or is not working properly, contact your dealer for 
repair and/or replacement parts. 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

>  If you do not understand these instructions, contact your dealer or a healthcare 
professional for assistance. 
>  If any parts are damaged or missing, contact your dealer for replacement. Do not 
substitute parts. 
>  Ensure commode seat is securely attached to the frame and all legs are set at the 
same height before use. 
>  Users with limited physical strength will require assistance/supervision.

follow the instructions or recommendations in this manual or improper use of this product. 

DIAGRAM

ASSEMBLY

Insert Backrest into back of frame making sure 
adjustment buttons click into place. 

Rest back edge of Commode Seat on back of frame, 
flip down onto front rail and then press until 
Commode Seat snaps securely into place. 

Lift Drop arms until they click into place securely.

Slide Commode Bucket into guides from front. 

ADJUSTING LEG HEIGHT

ADJUSTING DROP ARM

Press the adjustment button and slide leg up or down to desired height until 
adjustment button clicks securely into adjustment hole.

Repeat step 1 for each leg making sure they are all set to same height. 

Push Drop Arm Release toward front of chair to lower for easy lateral transfer. 

Reset Drop Arm by raising it until Drop Arm Release clicks back into place
