3. Power Cable Installation.
1. Connect the fuse holders to the device’s Yellow and Red wires.
2. Remove the vehicle fuse identified in Step 1.3 and place the fuse into the fuse holder before
plugging in, then add a circuit into the fuse panel.
A. Constant / Yellow Wire = Keys removed from the ignition, a vehicle fuse providing 12 to
24 VDC (+).
B. Ignition / Red wire = Vehicle fuse which provides at least 12 VDC (+) while vehicle is On
and vehicle running and 0 VDC (+) when key is in the Off and Accessory position.
3. Locate a suitable location on the chassis to attach the device Black/Ground wire. Confirm there
is nothing behind the mounting location and screw the ring terminal to the chassis.
4. Verification and Registration.
1. Start the vehicle and confirm the LED lights turn on and you hear an audible chirp from the
device.
2. Call (866)495-9240 ext. 2 for installation verification and registration.
3. Cable tie any loose cables to existing wires, and if available, apply tamper seal to all
connections.
