INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
This fixture has been rated for two (2) 40-watt maximum Type B
lightbulbs, two (2) 9-watt compact fluorescent lightbulbs or two (2)
4.5-watt SBLED lightbulbs. To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed
the recommended wattage.

All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it
to cool prior to replacing the light bulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when fixture is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.

Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
A S S E M B L Y & I N S T A L L A T I O N
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Insert Bulbs (A) into each of Sockets (B).
3. Restore power to outlet box and check operation of fixture.
4. Assembly is complete.
J-E27 Operation:
1. The red LED does not illuminate if a bulb less than 190W is used
the bulb is in normal operation.
2. If a bulb higher than 190W is used, this switch will automatically
shut the lamp off and the red LED illuminate indication that the
circuit is in protection mode. The lamp will not illuminate unless
replace with the bulb of 190W lower and pushing the reset
button.
3. Note: It is used for only in direct connection to 120 VAC, 60Hz.
