These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that
they are read completely before beginning the installation of your fixture.
This lamp is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). If the plug does not fit securely into the outlet, do not force it -
contact a professional electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord
only if it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug
in any way.
This fixture has been rated for up to one (1) 100-watt maximum Type A
medium base bulb or one (1) 9-watt LED medium base bulb (included). To
avoid risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended wattage.

NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
1. Remove all parts carefully from the carton. Do not throw away any
parts.
2. Remove all packaging material from lamp.
3. Remove finial (A) from top of harp (B). Squeeze harp (B) inward
and place into the opening of saddle (C).
4. Install one (1) 9-watt maximum Type A LED medium base bulb (E)
(included) into socket.
5. Place shade (not included) onto harp (B).
6. Thread finial (A) onto harp (B) to secure shade to lamp.
7. Remove plug cover from polarized plug (D).
8. Insert polarized plug (D) into wall outlet.
9. Control power to the lamp using turn knob on socket.
NOTE: If lamp body is loose, please do the following:
1. Place lamp on level surface.
2. Take wrench (F) and tighten nut (H) on top of lock washer (G) until
lamp body is no longer loose. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires as
a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity until your fixture
is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or personal
injury, always turn off fixture and allow it to cool prior to replacing the
lightbulb. Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look directly at
lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from the lit bulb.
This lighting fixture contains lead, a chemical known to the State of

Wash hands after installing, handling, cleaning, or otherwise touching this
light fixture.
