ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Carefully unpack the contents of Carton A, Carton B and Carton C.
2.
Place the headboard in upright position wherever you desire to place the bed.
3.
Use the Side rail marked 1L and place it facing left of the headboard. The identification tag
has to be perpendicular to the headboard.
4.
Repeat step 3 for Side rail marked 1R, but on the right side of the headboard.
5.
Use 8X25 mm bolts, and insert them from behind the Headboard, and into the side rails.
Tighten them using the Allen Wrench.
6.
Place the footboard on the opposite end of the Headboard and side rails. Repeat step 5 to
fix the footboard to the side rails.
7.
Place Slat A on the Side rails, aligning with the first hole on both sides of the slats. Slat B
goes in centre of the rails and Slat C goes near the footboard.
8.
Use 8X20 mm bolts, and insert them into the aligned holes of each slats with the nuts
coming from under the slats. Tighten the nuts and bolts using the Allen Wrench provided.
9.
Install the centre supports provided into each slat and fix them using the 8X20 mm bolts.
10.
Use the leveller on the centre support to adjust and stand the slat firm on the ground.
11.
Your platform bed is ready to use now.
