diagnose fault, reset.

3. Check any external circuit

breakers/ fuses.

3.  Replace fan.

1. Vacuum switch tube.
2. Emitter tubes, air inlet & vent

for obstructions.

pull in?

Check

1. Ignition controller.
2. Wiring harness.

Is the burner

sparking?

Check

1. Integrity of spark leads
2. Integrity of spark electrode,

assembly & spark gap.

3. Ignition controller.

Check:

1. Ignition controller.
2. Replace gas valve.

Does the gas

valve open?

If the heater still fails

to operate normally,

please contact

the Reznor

service department

Check:

1.  Burner inlet pressure.
2.  Burner nozzle pressure.
3.  Check live & neutral polarity.
4.  Check presence of good

earth.
