Installation and Operating Instructions
Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing our spotlight. Please read the following
operating instructions carefully before starting operation of the LED spotlight and keep them for
future reference.
Intended use
The spotlight is waterjet-proof, IP44 and suitable for use in outdoor applications.
The spotlight is compliant with the relevant European CE directives.
General Safety Instructions
• Never look directly into the LED light source. The transmitted light spectrum may contain blue
proportions!
• Install only on flat, stable surfaces.
• Must not be used in rooms with explosion hazard (e.g. carpentry workshop, paint shop, or
similar).
• Must not be immersed in water or other liquids.
• Must not be operated with wet hands; never look directly into the light source.
• Must never be covered.
• Must never be operated with an open housing, missing or damaged wiring compartment, or
missing or damaged lens.
• Must never be sprayed or cleaned using a steam pressure cleaner since this can damage the
insulation and seals.
• Must never be repaired by the user. Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer
or an authorized service representative.

Cleaning
• Allow the spotlight to cool down sufficiently!
• Clean with a dry or slightly moist, clean, lint-free cloth and a mild detergent if required. Do not
use cleaners that contain abrasives or solvents.

Installation preparation
Solar panel
The solar panel should be installed in a location with direct sun light exposure.
It must not be situated further than 4.5 metres away from the outdoor spotlight.
Outdoor spotlight
It is important to consider the detection range of the motion sensor when installing it.
Dusk sensor
Please ensure that the device is not located in a place where it is affected by external light
influences in the dark.
Mounting the solar panel
1. The solar panel can be both vertically than horizontally mounted on the mounting plate. Make
sure that the panel is exposed to as much sunlight as possible.
It must not be installed further than 4.5 metres away from the outdoor spotlight.
2. Attach the solar panel with the screws on the mounting plate.
3. Drill four holes in the wall and insert the wall plugs.
4. Now you can attach the mounting plate to the wall. Use the screws supplied for this purpose.
