F.4 Servicing During Warranty Period
If your system should fail during the warranty period, please contact your nearest
RESON representative immediately (see
section F.6 below
) to protect your warranty
rights.
F.5 Equipment Return Procedure
Before returning any equipment for service, you must follow the RESON equipment
return procedure stated below:
1. Contact a RESON office to obtain an approved Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number.
2. Follow the instructions in the supplied document and pack the equipment in
the original shipping containers.
3. Ship the equipment to your RESON representative to the applicable address.
4. Ensure that the RMA number is included on all shipping documents and,
most important
ly, marked on the shipping container‟s address label.
5. Include a note with a brief, but thorough, description of the problem.
