A top head cushion

This is filled with Dacron fibres and has adjustable padding
levels through the addition or removal of fibres. The cover
is removable for cleaning or replacement. It can also be
positioned on the back frame, as required, using the Velcro.

A lower back cushion

This supports the thoracic and lumbar part of the back
through a one cell air bag surrounded by a soft foam surface.
The air in the bag is pre-set at the manufacturers, but can be
also altered by a trained care professional using the air valve
and pump. Simply remove the back from the Velcro strips on
the back frame to adjust.
