4. Verankerung

Der Invisivent AIR / COMFORT ist mit einem Dübelschlitz versehen, um die Befestigung am Rohbau mithilfe von
Wandankern mühelos und schnell zu gestalten.

Bringen Sie die Wandanker fachgerecht an, d. h. auf max. 150 mm von der Seitenkante.
Der Abstand zwischen zwei Wandankern darf max. 500 mm betragen.
Bei Temperaturen unter -3 °C dürfen keine Fenster mit Invisivent AIR / COMFORT eingebaut werden.
ACHTUNG:
Es ist wichtig, das Lüftungsgitter ringsum mit Montageschaum oder Fugenkitt abzudichten.
Verwenden Sie einen gut füllenden, aber nicht zu stark expandierenden PUR-Schaum mit hoher
Formstabilität (ohne Schrumpfung oder Ausdehnung), damit sich das Gitter nicht verformt.
Eine luft- und wasserdichte Abdichtung des Lüftungsgitters ist entscheidend, um seine Akustikleistung und
Wasserbeständigkeit zu gewährleisten.
HINWEIS:
Aufgrund der strukturellen Festigkeit und Wasserbeständigkeit muss der Invisivent AIR / COMFORT über
die gesamte Breite des Fensters verlaufen. Falls dies nicht geschieht, erlischt jegliche Garantie.

Invisivent AIR / COMFORT wird (teilweise oder vollständig) hinter dem Vorsprung platziert.
4. Anchoring
➊
The Invisivent AIR / COMFORT is fitted with a dowel slot at the top so that it can be easily and quickly fastened to the
structure using wall anchors.

Install the wall anchors according to the rules of good practice, i.e. max. 150 mm from the side.
The distance between two wall anchors may also not exceed 500 mm.
Do not install windows with Invisivent AIR / COMFORT at temperatures below -3°C.
CAUTION:
It is important to seal the ventilation louvre all the way around with an installation foam or a
joint sealant. Use a well-filling but not strongly expanding PUR foam with high form stability (no shrinkage
or expansion) to prevent deformation of the louvre.
Airtight and waterproof sealing around the ventilation louvre is crucial in order to guarantee its acoustic
performance as well as its water-resistance.
NOTE:
Due to structural strength and water resistance, the Invisivent AIR / COMFORT must be fitted over the entire
width of the window; otherwise, any guarantee will be void.

5. Endverarbeitung
Der Invisivent AIR und Invisivent COMFORT sind mit einem abnehmbaren Anschlag ausgestattet, sodass sie an der
Innenseite auf verschiedene Weise ästhetisch verarbeitet werden können.

Nassputz: Kleben Sie ein Putzprofil gegen den Anschlag.

Gipsplatte, MDF, PVC-Latten: Reißen Sie die Anschlagrippe sowohl am Gehäuse als auch an den Endkappen ab und
platzieren Sie eine MDF-Platte, Gipsplatte oder PVC-Latte in der Aussparung.

Gipsplatte und Deckschicht: Reißen Sie die Anschlagrippe sowohl am Gehäuse als auch an den Endkappen ab und
platzieren Sie eine Gipsplatte in der Aussparung. Mit einer Putzschicht abschließen (max. 1 mm).
5. Finish
The Invisivent AIR and Invisivent COMFORT are equipped with a removable stop, which allows them to be aesthetically
finished in different ways on the inside.

Wet plaster: affix a plaster profile to the stop.
➋
Plasterboard, MDF, PVC panels: tear off the stop rib on both body and endcaps and place an MDF board,
PLASTERboard, or PVC panel in the recess.
➌
Plasterboard and finishing layer: tear off the stop rib on both body and endcaps and place a PLASTERboard in the
recess. Finish with a coat of plaster (max. 1 mm).
6. Wartung
Das Lüftungsventil muss immer geöffnet sein, um eine einwandfreie Funktion des Lüftungssystems zu gewährleisten.
Reinigen Sie den Invisivent AIR / COMFORT mindestens einmal jährlich.

Öffnen Sie das Ventil des Invisivent AIR / COMFORT.

Öffnen Sie die Verriegelungssperren (auf beiden Seiten des Steuerventils).

Wenn das Ventil geschlossen ist, entfernen Sie das Bedienteil aus dem Invisivent AIR / COMFORT, indem Sie einen
schmalen Gegenstand (Platte, Karte usw.) zwischen das Ventil und den Boden des Invisivent auf beiden Seiten
einführen. Anschließend öffnen Sie das Ventil. Dadurch wird das Bedienteil automatisch gelöst.

Reinigen Sie die Innenseite mit einem Staubsauger und/oder einem feuchten Tuch.

Reinigen Sie das Bedienteil auf beiden Seiten mit dem Staubsauger und/oder einem feuchten Tuch.

Akustischer Schaum (mit Ausnahme der Invisivent AIR Light) herausnehmbar/austauschbar über größere
Perforationsöffnung im PVC-Profil nach Entfernen der Aluminium-Innenklappe.

Bedienteil wieder in das Gerät einsetzen, indem Sie es oben einhängen und nach unten gegen das Gerät drücken.

Schließen Sie die Verriegelungssperren wieder.
Entfernen Sie Blätter und anderen Schmutz von der Außenseite des Gitters.
Reinigen Sie die Außenseite (Aluminiumteil) mit einem feuchten Tuch und einem nicht-abrasiven Reinigungsmittel.
Spülen Sie jetzt den Invisivent AIR / COMFORT gründlich mit klarem Wasser ab.
6. Maintenance
The ventilation valve must always be open to ensure proper operation of the ventilation system.
Clean the Invisivent AIR / COMFORT at least once a year.

Open the valve of the Invisivent AIR / COMFORT.

Slide open the locking levers (on both sides of the control valve).
➌
When the valve is closed, remove the control unit from the Invisivent AIR / COMFORT by inserting a narrow object
(plate, card, etc.) between the valve and the bottom of the Invisivent on either side. Then open the flap. As a result,
the control part will release by itself.

Clean the inside using a vacuum cleaner and/or a damp cloth.
➎
Clean the control unit on both sides using a vacuum cleaner and/or a damp cloth.
➏
Acoustic foam (with the exception of Invisivent AIR Light) removable/exchangeable through larger perforations in the
PVC profile after removing the aluminium inner valve.

Insert the control unit back into the device by hooking it at the top and pushing it against the device at the bottom.

Slide the locking levers back into place.
Remove leaves and other debris from the outside of the louvre.
Clean the outside (aluminium part) with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent.
Next, rinse the Invisivent AIR / COMFORT thoroughly with clean water.
