11. Cleaning
The device should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth or brush from the outside.
Never use any aggressive cleansing agents or solvents since these may damage the surface of the housing or impair
its operation.
12. Troubleshooting
In purchasing the miniature amplifier, you have acquired a product which uses state-of-the-art technology and is
operationally reliable. Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
Therefore, we would like to describe how to eliminate possible errors here:
Please observe the safety instructions.
No sound is audible:
• A device in the playback chain is not turned on.
• The wrong input was selected on the miniature amplifier.
• The VOLUME control (1) is set to the left stop.
One channel does not work:
• An RCA cable was disconnected from the source device (e.g. the cassette recorder) or the RCA inputs (11-13).
• The balance control BALANCE (5) is turned on the miniature amplifier.
• A loudspeaker cable was disconnected from the loudspeaker clamp.
The sound is distorted:
• The miniature amplifier input receives an excessive signal.
• The volume is set too high and the loudspeakers distort.
• The controls BASS (6) or TREBLE (7) are set too high.
No bass is audible:
• One loudspeaker is connected the wrong way.
• The BASS control (6) on the miniature amplifier is set to minimum.
Playback is without treble:
