a) Getting started
•
Insert the adapter power plug

into the car cigarette lighter socket.
•
The adapter will receive power after the car ignition switch is turned on.
•
The LED display

will alternate between the socket output voltage and FM frequency.
b) Charging mobile device
•
Both USB ports on the car adapter can be used to charge a mobile device.
•
Make sure the adapter is connected and receiving power.
•
Using a USB cable (not included), connect the USB charging port on your mobile device to
USB ports

on the adapter. Charging will start automatically.
c) Connection to car audio through FM radio
The adapter will connect to your car audio system via FM radio, you can then can hear audio
from a connected mobile device, USB flash drive, microSD, or access hands-free calling. To set
an FM frequency on the adapter and then tune into it using your car FM radio, you will need to:

Make sure the adapter is connected and receiving power.
•
Turn your car radio on and tune to an unoccupied FM frequency (a frequency that only has
white noise).
•
Press and hold the multifunction button

for three seconds. The FM frequency on the

will flash.
•
Rotate the multifunction button

to change the FM frequency until it matches the
frequency set on your car radio.
•
The adapter is now connected to the car radio through FM radio.
If you do not change the frequency on the adapter and car radio, the two will
automatically link each time the adapter is connected and receiving power.
d) Bluetooth connection to mobile device
Your mobile device will connect to the adapter via Bluetooth, and the adapter will send an FM
signal to the car radio.

Make sure the adapter is connected, receiving power, and is linked to your car audio
system. See section “c). Connection to car audio through FM radio”.
•
Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and select “RF-CAR-100”.
•
When the mobile device is successfully paired with the adapter, a voice prompt “Connected”
can be heard through the car audio system.
•
Audio from the mobile device can now be heard over your car audio system.

e) Play from USB or microSD card
You can stream audio directly from a USB drive or microSD card.

Make sure the adapter is connected, receiving power, and is linked to your car audio
system. See section “c). Connection to car audio through FM radio”.

Intended Use
The product can stream music wirelessly from a smartphone to a car audio system. The
product connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and then transmits an FM signal that you
can tune into using the car radio.
Two USB ports can be used to charge your mobile device, and audio files can be played via
connected USB flash drive and microSD card. A hands-free function is available for voice calls.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture must be avoided
under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
