Getting Started
• Start the operating system (e.g. at least Windows 2000/XP or later).
• Connect the USB receiver to the computer. The operating system recognizes the new hardware (USB
keyboard and USB mouse) and installs the necessary driver (included in the operating system).
• The product is ready for operation on concluding the driver installation.
Operation
• The presenter is activated on pressing any key. The presenter automatically switches itself off after
approximately 3 minutes of not being used to save power. The blue LED on the presenter goes out. Simply
press any key to reactivate.
If the receiver is out of range (of if the PC is shut down), the blue LED flashes on the presenter.
After a while the presenter switches itself off to save power. The LED goes out.
• The rippled surface at the upper end of the presenter serves as a touchpad, similar to a notebook. The left/
right mouse button is identified with an image.
• The other control keys correspond with those on a conventional multimedia keyboard (e.g. switch PC on/
off and displaying the menu functions of the operating system).
• The control pad conforms with the cursor keys of a conventional keyboard, the “OK” key is covered by the
function of the Enter Key.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Apart from the occasional battery change the product is maintenance free. There are no components
inside the product which need to be maintained by you.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Touching the housing too hard (special
transparent cover and touchpad) can cause scuffs.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can cause
damage to the housing and malfunctioning.

compartment cover and remove the USB receiver. Reclose the battery compartment.
