15. Troubleshooting
By purchasing this laser fog machine, you have acquired a product designed to the state of the art and
operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
Therefore, we would like to describe how to eliminate possible errors here:
Always observe the safety information!
There suddenly is no fog in operation anymore
• The device performs subsequent heating. Once the heating process is complete, the device will emit fog
again.
• The device no longer is connected to the voltage supply. Check for correct connection and voltage sup-
ply to the mains socket.
• The tank is empty; please refill it.
The device produces fog in spite of deactivated fog operation or for a short time after deactivation/dis-
connection
• It is not a defect. The remaining fog liquid in the still-hot fog exit opening evaporates.
The laser does not function
• The laser unit is not switched on.
• The plug-in mains adapter has no contact with the power supply or the low-voltage plug of the mains
adapter is not plugged in properly.
• The mains socket into which the mains adapter is plugged has no voltage supply.
The music control of the laser doesn‘t work
• Turn up the music. The music control needs a certain minimum volume to activate. Tap the housing of the
laser unit to check.
Repairs other than those described above must only be carried out by an authorised specialist.
