The cooling status values are shown. Multiple values may be true.
MESSAGE
MEANING
Cool Locked Out by OA
The cooling OA lockout is lower than the OA temperature.
Unocc Mode
Unit is in unoccupied mode (BMS or scheduler).
Unocc Cool
Unit is in unoccupied cooling.
Lockout Overlap
The OA lockouts for heating and cooling overlap. (No vent mode).
The heating takes preference.
Dehumid Mode
Unit is in dehumidification mode.
Econ Only
If economizer is open less than 100%.
Econ Mode
If in economizer mode.
Unit OFF
Unit is off.
6.4.3.4 PDX: Packaged DX Unit with Variable Speed Compressor
This type of cooling uses the integral packaged DX cooling with a variable speed compressor
and possibly a second compressor, depending on cooling capacity. The KP and Ti can be
adjusted to fine tune the control.

The cooling status can be monitored in the
Unit Status
. The screen shows:

Cooling Control Variable which will be:
u
as selected if in occupied operation
u
RA for unoccupied operation
u
Coil Leaving Temperature in dehumidification mode if reheat is used (heating
or HGRH)
u
Supply temperature in dehumidification mode if reheat is not used
u
Cooling setpoint which will be:
u
Occupied cooling setpoint if in occupied operation, not dehumidification
u
Unoccupied cooling setpoint if unoccupied operation
u
Coil Leaving Temperature setpoint if dehumidification mode and reheat is used
u
Dehumidification setpoint if dehumidification mode and reheat is not used
u
Whether cooling enable 1 is ON
u
Command (0–100%) to valve, where 0 = 10VDC output and 100% = 0VDC
