2. Setup
2.1 System configuration
In order to communicate using the sample application, two or more J80D1 boards are required. Sample
application is used by connecting J80D1 board and PC with USB Cable. In order to check the sound, it is
necessary to connect a microphone to CN14 of the sender audio board and a speaker to CN16 of the
receiver audio board.

2.2 Hardware setting
Set the J80D1 board to use MCU (RX651).
Switches and Jumpers. Setting

Refer to " BCPX3 Evaluation Kit J80D1 User's Manual (R30UZ0098EJ0100)" for other switch and
jumper settings, type of microphone and speaker that can be connected and how to use the J80D1
board.
2.3 Terminal software setting
The sample application is controlled using terminal software. The terminal software settings should be
as follows.
