Adjusting the Roller Height
Front Roller
– The front roller has three height adjustments. This will
change the height relationship between the two rollers. Loosen the two
5/8”-11 x 4 1/2”, remove the front bolt. Adjust to desired height and
replace the bolt. Tighten both bolts.
Rear Roller
– The rear roller is fixed and is not adjustable.
Adjusting Roller Aggression
Position A
- Aggressive Mode produces maximum soil shattering.
Position B
- Passive Mode provides a soil firming action.
The front roller should always be placed in the Position A.
Adjusting the Spring Down Pressure
The spring has no adjustment, the weight of the cart preloads the springs.
Lubrication
Use #2 multi purpose lithium grease on bearings at least once a season
or every 150 hours. Pump grease in
slowly
until old grease and dirt are
forced out around seals. It is best to lubricate bearings just prior to
prolonged storage.
