The control board of the outdoor unit or indoor unit cannot read the unit memory
(EEPROM)

Control boards of outdoor unit or indoor unit defective
Switch off voltage, switch on again 2 minutes
later. Is the error still present?
YES
Replace the circuit boards of the outdoor unit
and indoor unit in turn, in order to locate the
defective EEPROM
