iron combines optimum styling
features with cutting-edge
tourmaline-ceramic technology.
Please carefully read the instruc-
tions contained in this booklet, and
keep them in a safe place for
future reference.

Key Features:

New Tourmaline-Ceramic Technology
works in this high performance
straightener to help seal the hair
cuticle as the hair is styled while also
repelling humidity and static for an
incredible long-lasting frizz free shine.

Pink Tourmalines are precious gemstones
with highly unique natural properties. Heating
crushed Tourmalines results in the powerful
natural emission of ions and far-infrared
heat.

Curved plates offer the option of a
variety of styles. From straight styles to
curly, from flicked ends to flipped, you
can achieve them all.

Heat Settings

Take extra care when using a professional
styler. To prevent hair damage, make sure
to use the correct temperature setting for
your hair type.

Styling Your Hair

1.

Hair should be dry and free of tangles
before using the styling iron.

2.

Plug the styler into an electrical outlet.
Slide the switch to the medium heat or
high heat position (see “Heat Settings”
above).

3.

The power on light will glow and the
appliance will take about one minute
to heat up.

4.

Divide hair into manageable sections
and clip the upper layers on top of
your head and out of the way. Work
with underneath layers first.

5.

Take a small section of hair and pull
hair down and away from your scalp,
and hold it taut.

6a. To smooth or straighten:

Starting at the roots, clamp hair firmly
between the plates and run the styler
down the entire hair strand, from root
to tip, in one smooth stroke. Do not hold
it in one area.

6b. To curl or wave:

Start about 2 inches away from roots.
Clamp a medium-size section of hair with
the styler keeping the rounded curved
plate on the bottom. Use one hand to
hold the end of the section. Rotate the
iron 180º downward and wrap hair
section only over top of iron. Keeping the
iron in place, rotate iron another 180º.
Release enough pressure on the clamp
so you are able to glide the iron down
the section to curl or wave.

6c. To curve under:

With the round plate under the hair
strand, run the styler down the hair
strand and rotate your wrist in and
under to create a curve.

6d. To flick out:

With the round plate on top, run the
styler down the hair strand and rotate
your wrist out to create flicks.

7.

Repeat with all sections of your hair,
working with the underneath layers
first, then the top and sides.

8.

When you are finished styling slide the
switch to the off position, unplug it and
allow it to cool before storing.
